Refund and Backorders
We are continuing our revised policy of no backorders unless we are sure they title will be in stock within two weeks from order date. This keeps you from having to wait and wait for a book you may need. We refund based on the book cost and any difference in shipping that the book caused (i.e. if the book moved the order to a higher shipping cost, we refund the difference). This way you do not have to wait and you are not paying more shipping than you should. By the way, backorders are usually caused by a distributor or publisher being out of stock.
