[CASL-L] NoodleTools and AI as source to cite

Sharing as I recently came across this and thought it was worth sharing.

NoodleTools has AI Response as a source in its list of source types now!  I
love that this shows that an AI created response is not the student's own
idea but generated from their prompt and needs to be cited :)
