Carolyn Jo Starkey is a NBCT school librarian at Buckhorn High School in New Market, AL. She is a frequent conference and professional development presenter on a wide range of topics in school librarianship, technology and online learning.

1Tool at a Time: Build Your Toolbelt is a monthly webinar series brought to you by ISTE's SIGMS and SIGILT. Each webinar will last 30 minutes and will focus on a particular tool.
