Nicole,

The kids seem to tell me when the popular series books are coming out. Other than that I check if they have been released from the following two sources:

http://nlc.nebraska.gov/ref/booksinseries.asp
http://ww2.kdl.org/libcat/whatsnext.asp

Both are updated regularly.

Hi Nicole,

I assign a “Series” category  in Destiny and then print a list of titles in that category and check titlewave for new titles usually twice a year.  There’s probably an easier way but it works for me.

Hi Nicole,

Honestly, I will go through the stacks with a laptop and look up if there is another book by an author who is popular.  I will do this once a year at least.  I also try to keep up with reading Booklist.

Hi Everyone,

When ordering books for your school library, and purchasing one(two or three) that are, let's say "Book 1," how do you find out when "Book 2" comes out in that series?  There are just sooooo many books and soooo many authors, I know I can go to each authors individual official website to find out the books in the series, or what is coming out soon/next, BUT is there an easier way?

Thanks
