Subject: [CASL-L] Alternative to The Gingerbread Man
Dear Friends at CASL-L,
I have a kindergarten teacher who is looking for a special December book.
In the past she has spent a week or more in December with The Gingerbread Man. The children have read the story, baked the cookies, followed a crumb trail around the school and culminated with a Gingerbread party. This story is now moving to another
grade level.
We are looking for a new idea and would appreciate any help.
