I should clarify Geri -- The
biography is an inspirational memoir about his recovery from cancer -- the
inspirational aspect is drawn largely from his accomplishments as a
competitive cyclist --hence the correlation with the performance enhancing
drugs --

Subject: Interesting Question
Unless there is an assertion
that the use of performance-enhancements is linked to cancer survival, I don't
see the correlation.

Interesting Question
Good Morning Librarians -
I am debating
removing from our collection this title: Lance Armstrong: My Journey Back to
Life.
I would welcome a discussion about the pros/cons of removing from
the shelves this book about Lance Armstrong's triumph over cancer given that
he was recently stripped of all of his medals for using performance enhancing
drugs during this same time. Any thoughts?
