Connecticut Librarians:

Early access to all EBSCO resources related to the recent iCONN bid award is now available at http://www.cslib.org/iconnsitemap/staff/Forthcoming.aspx (or, select “Recent/Coming Changes” on the iCONN.org landing page).  Username and password are the same:  iconn.  Until July 1, when our license period officially starts, and at our request, EBSCO is allowing trial access for library staff (only) in order to help librarians get up-to-speed on the new resources before the hard cutover on July 1.  We think this early access will be especially important for school librarians.  In addition to early access, you will find substantially more information about the new resources.  Training dates (onsite and webinar) are being worked on now and will be posted soon. All new information concerning the transition will be posted to this page.

If you have any questions regarding the transition, please contact Eric Hansen, Electronic Resources Coordinator at: Eric.A.Hansen@ct.gov or 860-704-2224 or 888-256-1222 (toll free in CT).  If you need assistance in using the EBSCO resources, please refer to the extensive training materials at http://support.ebsco.com/training/index.php or contact EBSCO support at http://support.epnet.com/contact/.  And we encourage you to take advantage of the training that EBSCO will be offering (to be announced).

We hope you are pleased with the new resources!

Regards,
