Leonard Marcus will also be at the Hotchkiss Library in Sharon, Connecticut  Friday, August 2nd as part of their 17th Annual Sharon Summer Book Signing.  He will join over 30 other authors.  This year there will be 11 children's authors and illustrators.  Admission is $30 at the door.  Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be served.  For more information, visit www.hotchkisslirary.org.

If you missed Leonard Marcus at the ALSC event in Chicago celebrating 75 years of Caldecott, see him at the 2013 NESLA conference “Picture This” at the Eric Carle Museum of the Picture Book in Amherst, MA on August 5, 2013.

Come early on Sunday to see some of the places of interest in Amherst: Emily Dickinson Museum, Hampshire College, and the National Yiddish Book Center. Join us for dinner at Johnny’s Tavern in the evening for some networking with New England colleagues.
