HOLY MOTHER OF VOLUNTEERING!

Thank you to all who responded.  The 2 or 3 librarians in the state who did not respond were probably out getting volunteers.

Your insights and suggestions were all very helpful.  Now I just need to convince my prospective volunteer to actually volunteer.
