Subject: [aaslforum] Brief Digital Resources Survey
Reply-To: aaslforum@ala.org

Dear School Librarians:

We are writing on behalf of Florida State University to request your help with an important research project about your use of digital resources in your school library program.  If you are a school librarian, we are anxious to get your feedback.

To complete the brief survey online, please go to

https://fsu.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_4TVi7TQfZ1RTXJr

If you do not have access to the internet, or prefer to answer the questionnaire on paper, you may request a paper survey by sending an e-mail to mmardis@fsu.edu or calling 850.644.3392.

Your answers will be completely confidential. You may supply an email address if you are willing to be contacted for any follow-up questions, but this option is entirely voluntary and your email address will not be shared beyond the research team. Moreover, the results of the survey will be reported in a summary format, so again no one will link you to your responses. Text comments will be reported verbatim, so please do not provide identifying information in your text comments.

Thank you in advance for your participation in this important project. If you have any questions about the administration of the survey, please contact Marcia Mardis, Assistant Professor, FSU School of Library and Information Studies at 850.644.3392 or mmardis@fsu.edu.

Sincerely,

Marcia Mardis, Associate Professor, FSU &

Jen Wood, Doctoral Student and Graduate Research Assistant, FSU
