Everyone:
The latest version of FireFox (29.0) has a bug that prevents it from printing out PDF documents. This applies to iCONN EBSCO resources when viewed with FireFox. I have notified EBSCO of this issue and am watching for a response. In the meantime, one workaround with FireFox is to download the PDF file for viewing using Adobe Acrobat Reader - the Reader will print the file as usual. You might also consider using another browser until this issue is resolved. I will post more information about this as it comes to me.
