Greetings Western Mass School Librarians (and any other nearby area librarians who also might like to attend our fantastic function!),
Your area co-directors (Leslie Lomasson- Amherst, Michelle Raczkowski- Pittsfield, and me, Chani Craig- Turners Falls) would like to invite you to a movie, next Friday, June 13, at the Tower Theater in South Hadley. Of course this is not just any movie, it is screen adaptation of The Fault in Our Stars, based on the fantastic novel by John Green.

Showtime is 6:30 but if you can make it a little earlier we will be wandering amongst the books at the Odyssey Bookshop and/or grabbing a cup o’ joe (or wine) at a Thirsty Mind. And if you're hungry, there are also great restaraunts in the plaza which is located just across the street from Mount Holyoke College campus at the intersection of 47 and 116.

So bring your partner, kids, neighbors, patrons, hitchhikers, whomever as all are welcome- whether they be super fans who will have seen the movie at least once already or those rare few who haven’t read the book yet we would still love to have them join. And if you miss us this time don't worry too much because this is only the first event of what we hope will be a tradition of fun social events to build community and collegial relationships in our area!
