Hello!

I cannot remember a time in my career when so much was changing so quickly--DDMs, SMART goals, RETELL, Common Core, PARCC, and all the associated tech roll outs. And we're attending to all this while trying to set up Learning Commons, genre-fying collections, keep abreast of new literature, and mastering the newest ipad apps. And some of us are working toward an ITS certification too.

No wonder we feel overwhelmed at times.

MSLA thought about how to best address ALL these issues and we decided that an Unconference was probably the best place to start important conversations about how we're managing all this.
