Taken from a posting on EDWEB.net

"I am a school library media specialist in Bay Shore, NY and I am working on a book for librarians using tech tools to address the standards.  It is an extension of my article for School Library Monthly:http://www.schoollibrarymonthly.com/articles/Holzweiss2014-v30n4p13.html. Each chapter of my book will focus on a category, highlighting 1 or 2 tools.  There will also be a list of additional tools to try, as well as "voices from the library" explaining briefly how librarians use these tools, with comments from their students and colleagues.  Examples of work will also be included.  What is unique about my book (which has already been accepted by ABC-CLIO, by the way!) is that I will list the CCSS, AASL, and ISTE standards for each category.  So it will be a teacher-friendly, practical manual that for every new and veteran librarian will consult often.

I would like you to consider sharing a story about web presentation tools for my book.   If you are interested, I would love to highlight your library program (although YOU don't need me to do that for you!)

Looking forward to working with you!
