Hi everyone,

Back in July, I requested information about school library strategic plans.  Some of you were interested in the results.  Here is a list of resources (books, articles, and examples of strategic plans) that I found useful.  I am in the process of creating a strategic plan for my library.  I am attaching an outline and timeline of the steps I am following to create the plan.  Please let me know if you have other questions.

Kerry and Melissa,

I think this could turn into a great resource and would like to see any of the responses you get also.  Probably many LMS would.  Would one of you mind compiling the results in some way?

Katie
