This workshop, led by Cheryl Bryan, is designed to help you reflect on your current approach to handling conflicts, so you are aware of the areas on which you need to work. We will discuss the DNA of conversation management: Clarity, neutrality, and temperance.
Finally we’ll share with you some effective conflict resolution strategies that will help you encourage a more cooperative environment.
