Good morning all,
My district has opened a new elementary school, closing two over the summer and combining them. I am currently in the process of shelving my non-fiction section, but because I have two collections merging into one, my number of books is way too large for my available space. Right now my assistant and I are tackling the 500's, and according to Destiny we have 3,752 books from 500-599. We are weeding as we go and have some decent guidelines, but I was hoping I could get some responses on what you all think is an adequate number for a 500's section. There is likely not any one 'good' answer, but and advice is appreciated!
Thanks,
