I know EOSmith HS has one in their library. My son took a course for credit and now works there. You could reach out to them...I believe a social studies teacher is the one who coordinates it.
Sent from my iPhoneI like this idea a lot. I have been giving some thought to having a Writing Center in my library. We just went one to one with Chromebooks so I can really put it almost anywhere in the room. I would be interested in hearing how it works logistically in other schools. We are a small school so we may use a combination of English teachers and Honor Society students.

Hello,
Do any of you participate in the running of your HS Writing Center? We are looking to create a student-run writing center and create a course to train peer tutors. So far, my contribution has been creating a web presence on the library site and investigating online sources. I'd love to know how else I might be of use and I'm hoping you can give me some ideas!
Best,
Monica
