You could run it that way. Are you assigning the codes each in advance? I test them at the start and end of 9th grade and I do it by classes and it is a monumental task making sure they all get the same numbers next time. No matter which way you proceed, I suggest a spreadsheet to keep track of the codes.

Or do I need to create a separate session for each class of 25 students or so that take it? I want to create one large session, so that if I decide to retest them again as Juniors, I can retest them using the same id numbers even though they will be mixed up into different classes.
