I attended a great webinar on Primary Sources with Connie Williams yesterday.  You can access the recording, slides, etc here (you may need to join edweb if you haven't already, but it's well worth it)

Also, Library of Congress has an online conference about primary sources coming up on October 27-28. Sessions start at 4 pm eastern time.
