Here is the response I got from Recorded Books to my question about Chrome Books:

As Chromebooks don’t support Windows programs or Android apps, OneClickdigital won’t work on them.
However students can use the service via streaming.
The app is currently on our list of future plans, but don’t anticipate it getting done any time in the near future.

The website will allow you to log in, search, check out audio and ebooks, but it will not allow you to download the files. I called support and they told me you could not use a chrome book with their service.
