Hello again everyone,

Discount information for the upcoming Computers in Libraries conference and Internet@Schools track has now been posted on the CLC website. Visit http://www.ctlibrarians.org/?CIL. Anyone can visit this page, but you will need your CLC username/password in order to get the credentials for the discount. If your school is a CLC member and you are having trouble logging in, contact Lisa Mann at CLC, lmann@ctlibrarians.org or 860.344.8777. If you’re not sure if your school is a member, you can search here: http://www.ctlibrarians.org/search/custom.asp?id=2268. (Note - CLC membership starts at just $130 for schools - if you are attending this conference, you might save almost your entire membership cost … something to consider!)

Conference registration is open now. You must register by February 5, 2016 in order to be eligible for both early bird AND CLC discount pricing.

Here’s what we are offering:

Have a wonderful weekend!

Hi everyone,

CLC offers discounted registration for this conference for CLC members. We don’t have pricing and registration instructions yet, but we have been in touch with our rep and expect them very shortly. So if your school is a CLC member, please wait to register so you can save!

As Teri mentioned, there is indeed an “Internet@Schools” track just for school librarians. In the past we have had a discount specifically on this track, as well as on the full conference.

You can see our discount info from last year’s conference here: http://www.ctlibrarians.org/?page=cil

Look for information coming out soon.

I went 5 - 6 years ago, and it was a great conference.  The main conference is really geared for public librarians, but they had a school librarians track, which was great.

I have not but it sounds like it would be a neat conference.

Have any of you attended a "Computers in Libraries" conference? I received a brochure in the mail today, and it looks like quite an incredible conference! They offer  sessions on marketing, social media, and even a session for making a responsive website! It's in DC, March 8-10.
