Hello Eric,

We wanted to reach out to you and share our live Support availability for this holiday season. 

The RBdigital Support offices will be closed December 24th through December 27th in observance of the Christmas holiday and  closed December 31st, 2015 through January 3, 2016 for observance of the New Year's holiday.

Support requests will be processed in the order received on Monday, December 28^th and January 4^th 2016.  In anticipation of higher than average ticket volumes during this period, please allow additional time for a response to issues.
