Jess:

You are right, Explora is the updated K5 interface to EBSCO resources. There are archived EBSCO training webinars available about Explora, and EBSCO Databases and Interfaces for School Librarians that you can access from this link:

http://libguides.ctstatelibrary.org/c.php?g=433880&p=2958170

The webinars are specific to EBSCO resources in researchIT CT.

I hope this helps.

Subject: [CASL-L] EBSCO Exlpora

Good afternoon,

My colleague and I are trying to determine what databases via the state are available to us for free and would be suitable for our K-5 students. After looking into EBSCO, I saw that there is something new called Explora which took the place of search a saurus. Does anyone have experience with this? We'd appreciate any input!

Thanks,
