Sorry for any cross-posting, but since so many of us have been talking about summer reading programs, I wanted to pass along a few links and info.

Amazon is offering free e-book downloads of the first book in the EMOJI ADVENTURES series today and tomorrow; it's a fun series for reluctant readers.  Also I liked the emoji-themed worksheets and summer reading logs at the publisher's site. (They have two new Minecraft series too.) They're doing book giveaways for summer readers also. FYI. Best, Janet Tashjian
