Sunday Keynote SpeakerAmy Eisenstein, ACFRE is an author, speaker, trainer and consultant. Join us for her keynote presentation on Trends in Fundraising: Changing the Culture at Your Library so You Raise More Money.  Her published books include: Major Gift Fundraising for Small Shops, Raising More with Less, and 50 A$ks in 50 Weeks. She is a frequent speaker at national and local conferences as well as at staff and board retreats on a variety of topics.
Monday NERTCL LuncheonGary Schmidt is the author of the Newbery Honor-winning The Wednesday Wars and Lizzie Bright and the Buckminster Boy, as well as the National Book Award finalist Okay for Now. His next picture book is So Tall Within: A Story of Sojourner Truth. He lives on a farm in Alto, Michigan, and teaches at Calvin College and in Hamline University's MFA program.
Project Outcome - Learn about Project Outcome, PLA's (Public Library Association) latest field-driven initiative. Project Outcome will help libraries better measure the outcomes of the services they offer to patrons and provide the resources and support to effectively communicate and implement their findings for advocacy, partnership, and planning activities. This program will provides insights from the field about measuring outcomes. Presenters Samantha Lopez and Emily Plagman demonstrate using (Project Outcome’s easy-to-use surveys and discuss future opportunities to enroll.
