If you sign up for the free Animoto Education version, you get the PRO templates and no time limit. My students loved it also.

...or Photopeach, similar to Animoto but has option of built in quizzes so slightly interactive. I think Animoto has a time limit and Photopeach doesn't. Haven't checked this year if there
