My daughter's school (Amity) has it embedded into Power School.  Parents and students have to sign off on AUP and Turnitin electronically to access grades.

We used to do that as well.  Such a pain.  Starting this year, a signed Internet Agreement form will be valid for all four years.  Forms for only freshmen and new students have had to be processed.

The beginning of the year has been much smoother.  Classroom teachers have been very appreciative.  They have not had to delay assignments, activities, or projects.

Subject: [CASL-L] Acceptable Use Policy in your district

We are Google for Education district so all our students have Google email. Our district policy requires parents to complete a new form each year. If we don't get a completed form I am required to suspend their accounts. We have suspended hundreds of student accounts only to reset them as we receive their forms.

How does everyone handle this?
