Good Morning!I am working with the 7th grade Social Studies teachers and we are looking for suggestions on where to find high quality, up-to-date resources on the Middle East. Currently, students are doing country reports. Much of the print sources in our library are out of date, so looking for suggestions on any titles to purchase, as well as electronic databases etc.I have started to look into World Geo and Culture Online from Infobase and Culture Grams from Gale--wondering what people think about those? Thanks!!Melissa ThomBristow Middle School Media SpecialistWest Hartford Public SchoolsBristow Library Learning Commons Webpage: blog.whps.org/bristowlibrarylearningcommons Follow us on Twitter: @bristowllcIntermediate Nutmeg Selection Committee Member--2017Google Certified EducatorCurrently Reading: Makeology: Makerspaces as Learning EnvironmentsPure Genius: Building a Culture of Innovation and Taking 20% Time to the Next Level by Don WettrickThe Secret Keepers by Trenton Lee StewartRecently Finished: LAUNCH: Using Design Thinking to Boost Creativity and Bring Out the Maker in Every Student by John Spencer and A.J.
