Hi everyone,

I have a teacher who received a replacement laptop this past week. Rather than a Macbook (which is what all teachers get), she received a chromebook due to budgetary problems. We use Promethean boards, and since a chromebook doesn't have a hard drive like a macbook, I am unable to download the Activinspire software. The Activinspire is the equivalent to SMART software. It allows the pen to work and be interactive. I am very frustrated with this since she now has a very fancy projector.

Does anyone else use chromebooks with an interactive board? If so, have you been able to utilize the interactive features of the board while the chromebook is hooked up?

Thanks!
