I have recently found  FlipGrid and buncee which may be viable options.

Hi everyone,

I am collaborating with a teacher on a student project (3rd grade). We want the students to be able to video record themselves presenting their opinion pieces. We have chromebooks and Macbooks in our school. In our district, the ability for students to be able to download apps from the Chrome Webstore is blocked.

We could use iMovie but I have limited experience with it and from what I understand it can be very complex so I am worried it will be too difficult for the 3rd graders. Does anyone have any suggestions?
