I'd like to follow this.  I always struggle with the book donations.  Specifically, quality and condition of books donated and of course how to handle the donations that just don't fit in the collection.  With a dwindling budget, I can see that donations may become my only collection builder.

Good afternoon,

Does anyone have a written policy they are willing to share regarding book donations, especially wording about not accepting damaged items?

How do you disseminate this policy?

Thanks,
