[Conntech] First 2008 CLA BEDS Meeting January 25th!

Hi, everyone.  The CLA Business & Economic Development Section will 
meet on Friday, January 25th, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Vespucci's 
Restaurant (an inexpensive restaurant) in Cheshire.  Directions to 
Vespucci's are below.  Please let me know if you plan to attend.  New 
members are welcomed.  We are setting our direction for 2008 - 2009 
business programs.  If you are interested in planning Web, business &

Directions

  From New Haven, the shoreline, and points south

Follow I-95 to I-91 north at New Haven

Take Exit 10 - CT-40

CT-40 ends at junction with CT-10

Turn right (north) onto CT-10, traveling approximately 6 miles to the 
center of Cheshire

Turn left at CT-68/70 (traffic light)

(St. Peter's Episcopal Church will be on your left and Cheshire 
Academy will be on your right)

Go slowly past the library (the third building on your right) to 
Vespucci's parking lot which will be on your right just a few 
buildings away just after another church.


 From NYC & Fairfield Co. on the Merritt/Wilbur Cross/CT-15 North

Take Exit 61- Whitney Ave

Turn right onto CT-10, north to Cheshire

Travel approximately 8.5 miles to the center of Cheshire

Turn left at Rt. 68/70 (traffic light)

  (St. Peter's Episcopal Church will be on your left and Cheshire 
Academy will be on your right)

Go slowly past the library (the third building on your right) to 
Vespucci's parking lot which will be on your right just a few 
buildings away just after another church.


 From Waterbury and points west

Follow I-84 East

Take Exit 26, Route 70, Cheshire

Turn right at end of the ramp onto Route 70 (West Main Street)

Continue for 2.5 miles to a light and junction with Route 68

Continue on Route 68/70 for another 2.5 miles to a light at a Getty station

Turn right at the Getty station

A small shopping strip will be on your left, just after it turn left 
into Vespucci's parking lot.

 From Hartford and points north

Follow I-91 South to Exit 18 - I-691 West

Follow I-691 west to Exit 3 - CT-10, South

Turn left at end of ramp onto CT-10, South

Travel approximately 4 miles to a light at Route 68/70. Turn right.

  Go slowly past the library (the third building on your right) to 
Vespucci's parking lot which will be on your right just a few 
buildings away just after another Church.


-or, from West Hartford, Farmington, New Britain, etc.-

Take I-84, West to Exit 27, "I-691

Follow I-691 East to Exit 3

Turn right at end of ramp onto CT-10, South

Travel approximately 4 miles to a light at Route 68/70. Turn right
