[Conntech] Literacy Collection

Our library will be growing our literacy and ESL collection, partially
through a grant fom The Rotary Club.  I've looked through some of the
catalogs we have, and spoke with Literacy Volunteers in Enfield, but am
still not sure what would be the best items for a new library collection.
The Challenger series and the Side-by-Side series seem to be jumping out at
me.  I would also like some teacher resources.

I would apppreciate any input from the library community as to what a good
literacy/esl collection consists of and what would be the bset items to buy
if choices have to be made.
