Just a reminder and suggestion to log into the survey before the six week deadline of Nov. 15th.
If you have any questions, lost passwords, or problems getting into your report, please contact me as soon as possible.

There are a few State Holidays, (Oct. 8th and Nov. 12th) and one staff development day on Halloween- (really!) but otherwise I am available to help you complete the survey.
