Robin Glowa, The Conscious Cook and Holiday Cooking. with Cranberries!!!
Sat, Nov. 10, 11am to 1pm. 

 

The Trumbull Library presents Robin Glowa, the Conscious Cook, to give
Holiday cooking tips and suggestions, including festive and healthy
cranberries.  Robin demonstrates her nutrition-conscious menus live in the
Library.  

 

Robin Glowa is a holistic health counselor and a graduate of the Institute
for Integrative Nutrition in Manhattan.  As The Conscious Cook, she
specializes in teaching healthy cooking classes for private clients or
groups, nutrition coaching and wellness guidance. Robin is also an ACE
certified personal trainer and a passionate organic gardener.
