Please review the attached document that summarizes the current status
of the IRS notification to those individuals, who do not otherwise have
to file a 2007 federal income tax return, who must file a 2007 federal
tax return by October 15, 2008 to receive the stimulus payment.
 
There is evidence that many identity theft scams are in existence
directed toward obtaining personal information. The document reviews the
subject in great detail.
 
It is suggested that your facility distribute the recommendations
concerning scams.
