Improving Your Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace -- A Free Workshop

By Chuck Wolfe, Charles J. Wolfe Associates, LLC

Gain Knowledge & Power from Knowing Your Emotional Abilities

Monday, April 21st, from 6:15 to 8:15 p.m. in the Hubbard Room

Chuck usually charges $2,500 per person for a two-day seminar on
emotional intelligence. This is your chance to get a free
introduction. Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to
identify, use, understand and manage emotions. EI is a major part of
the puzzle of human behavior and knowing one's scores and potential
can have a significant impact on performance. The lower your scores
the more it is important to understand what they mean. You will want
to build on compensating strategies and learn how to develop new ones.

Chuck focuses on the Mayer-Salovey theory of EI - a unique, powerful,
and very useful model. The model includes two major branches and
four abilities. The two branches are Experiential and Strategic.

Please register at the Information Desk or by calling
860-347-2520. If you need accommodations for a disability, please
call 347-2528, ext. 121 in advance.
