[Conntech] fiber optic cable

Dear Conntechers,

If you have fiber for your internet, can you let me know
1. did you get it through CEN?
2. Who is your provider?
3. Contact info for provider?

I have promised my Town we'd have fiber to replace our CEN DSL line.
However, I just heard  from my Town computer guy that it's a no-go . Any 
ideas as to how to work this out?
We have some money - not a lot!

Any help is greatly apprciated
