[Conntech] open office for public libraries

Dear Colleagues,
Our IT guy recommends we use Open Office instead of the Microsoft Office 
Suite as a money saver.
Can you let me know if you use it on staff computers, public computers 
or both?
Any glitchesor glaring problems?
Do people have problems printing Open Office documents?
If you can, could you attach a word and/or excel-comparable document? I 
want to see what it looks like when I try to down load it with Microsoft.
