Free Online iCONN Database Training for Public Libraries

Stacey Knibloe, Senior Training Consultant for Thomson Gale will
provide online web based training to library staff on Wednesday,
February 27th. The databases covered in the session include the
following: Expanded Academic ASAP, InfoTrac OneFile, Informe! (Revistas
en Espaņol) and Professional Collection The training is open to all
library staff. 

Expanded Academic ASAP: From arts and the humanities to social
sciences, science and technology, this database meets research needs
across all academic disciplines. Access scholarly journals, news
magazines, and newspapers - many with full text and images! See the

InfoTrac OneFile: A one-stop electronic resource that provides access

REGISTRATION: Access the Continuing Education Calendar of Events at:

require sign up are designated by the underlined event titles. To
register for a workshop, click on the underlined event title. Enter the
