[Conntech] EVA subscription services

Hi All:
Does anyone else have delivery and communication
problems with the EVA subscription Service? After
Chris Labie took a leave of absence there responses
were progressively sketchy. Renewals were not
observed. New subscriptions were ignored. This year we
have not even gotten responses for our daily e-mails
and phone calls. Do they still have an office in
Massachussetts. Is it manned? The claims have not been
filled for months. Does the company still exist?
Please let us know if you have problems too. Please
let us know if you KNOW ANYTHING!
