Happy New Year Everyone.
For those of you who haven't had a chance to fill out our survey about translating library card applications into other languages you have until the end of the day on January 7th. It really only takes a few minutes and will be tremendously helpful to us as we work on the translations. My original post about the survey is below. Thanks very much for your help.
As part of the Welcome discussion group, librarians serving multi-lingual populations in Connecticut have told us that they would like to have their library card applications translated into other languages. Steve Cauffman and I are trying to find out exactly what those "other languages" are. To that end we've developed an extremely brief survey to determine which languages would benefit libraries the most .
In addition to that we are exploring different types of translation services. The first step is to see what your library currently offers in the way of translation. This information will help us decide what we can offer on a statewide basis.
Please help us by going to:

This survey contains 9 questions and will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete. You have until the end of the day on January 7th to complete the survey.
Thanks so much for taking time to help us develop a new service to benefit libraries serving multi-lingual communities.
If you have any questions about the survey or this project please contact Steve Cauffman (scauffman at cslib.org) or myself (mengels at cslib.org)
