[Conntech] Pay phones

At Wallingford, we have a portable/cordless phone at the Info Desk in
addition to the 2 phones used by the reference staff. Patrons who
need to use a phone may use that one for brief calls. Originally the
idea was to use the cordless phone when we went out into the stacks
if we needed to talk with a patron while searching for whatever. Now
it's used primarily by patrons who don't have cell phones (not that
many anymore, but at least a few a day).
