[Conntech] reduction of hours?

Brookfield's HR person is encouraging staff to work a four-day week,
but it's not really feasible for us in the library (except for one
person - maybe). Like some other towns in CT, the Town Hall offices
are considering going to a four-day week to contain energy costs.
