Wilton Library has a number of notaries on staff (4) to try to cover all
the hours we are open. We have three who are part of the Reference
Staff and one who is part of the Circulation Staff.

When I think of Notary Public services and where they are offered, I
first think of banks, town halls, and title offices.

Having libraries offer notary services (especially during the evening
after 5pm) might be a win-win situation for libraries and patrons as
banks, etc. are closed. This could be yet another way to get patrons
who don't typically visit the library in the door.

Just out of curiosity, does your library have a Notary on staff?
