[Conntech] Time Limits on public PCs -- summary

Thank you Conntechers for the replies to my query about time limits on public computers.

Here's a summary of the time limits:

1 Hour - 8 libraries (2 extend the times if not busy)
80 minutes - 1 library
90 minutes - 1 library
2 Hours - 5 libraries (one extends the time)
3 Hours - 4 libraries
Do not limit time - 3 libraries.

Also some libraries have 10 - 15 minute walk-up computers in addition to the above time limits.

As of today, North Haven is joining the 2 hour libraries.
