LOVE AND DEATH IN AUGUST


PUCCINI OPERA FILMS AT THE TRUMBULL LIBRARY


 

Trumbull, CT - On Wednesday nights starting August 6 through September 3 at
6:30, the Trumbull Library will present FREE films of three Puccini opera
and a modern update. Titles and dates are:   

 

8/6: Madama Butterfly 

8/13: Tosca

8/27: La Boheme   

9/3: The final offering will be Rent by Jonathan Larson, the NYC opera
inspired by La Boheme. 

 

Join us for one or more days of this Italian opera 'Film Feast.' Discussion
