[Conntech] "Time Limit Manager" for public PCs?

Hello,

 

Has anyone tried a product named Time Limit Manager, from a vendor named
FortresGrand, for scheduling patron access to public pcs?

We are looking to install a system, and they quoted a much lower price than
the other vendors we contacted.  Just wondering what the downside might be.

Replies off list are welcome, I can summarize for the list if desired.
