[Conntech] LJ's Architectural Questionnaire for Public Libraries completed between 7/1/07 and 6/30/08

I have already sent this questionnaire to public libraries that I know have completed buildings during this time period; however, I want to make sure that I didn't miss anybody.  Therefore,  if you have completed a building between 7/1/07 and 6/30/08, would you please complete this questionnaire online by going to www.libraryjournal.com/publicArch2008 by October 6, 2008?  They would also like a selection of photos.  It will be good to see Connecticut represented in Library Journal's December architectural issue.
